Put Pork on Your Fork
...Especially if it's Radmilla's Garlic Pork.
I am proud to say that this intimidating experiment was wildly successful! As suggested in the directions, I cooked about half the vat of pork on day five. Yum. Delicious. "Is there any more," Mr. Crabby pleaded. On day seven, we cooked the rest, which ended up a little tangy. I think that next time, and there will be a next time (I bought the special jar, afterall), we'll cook and eat it on day four or five.
Crabby's serving suggestions include tossing the pork into some sesame rice, or flaking it into a nice toasted sesame, mandarin orange, and spinach salad. Love that sesame. Says me.
